Using state-of-the-art tools and equipment, Thunderline-Z design and manufacture customised machined and stamped hermetic packages for a wide variety of RF / Microwave and hybrid applications. Packages can incorporate any combination of feed-throughs, press-fit connectors and multi-pin headers. Package characteristics include;

SolderTight – premium packages utilising tin based solders to gold/tin solders for applications requiring higher strength and longevity.

DirectBond – with the tightest matched direct seal packages for true hermeticity over a wide temperature range, reducing high frequency power loss problems.

ZBond – a unique brazing approach that provides flexibility for excellent thermal transfer in package designs for materials such as stainless steel, kovar, molybdenum, copper and a multitude of alloys.
