Thin Film Chip Termination

This surface-mount, high reliability, wideband chip termination is designed for applications requiring high-power, high frequency performance in a very small form factor. The Aluminium Nitride substrate and thin film technology insure optimum performance over time and temperature, and excellent high frequency response.

High Power Aluminium Nitride Termination

These aluminium nitride terminations are designed for applications requiring high-power performance in a very small form factor. The Aluminium Nitride substrate and thin film tantalum nitride resistors deliver excellent performance over time and temperature.
