Multi-layer Chip Capacitors

These low cost chip capacitors are available in general purpose and temperature compensating dielectric materials. A variety of chip sizes deliver a wide range of standard capacitance values and tolerances to suit every requirement. Working voltage is up to 2500VDC and terminations are silver / palladium or silver. Chips are taped and reels hold 4000 / 5000 pieces per reel.

Single-layer Chip Capacitors and Binary Chip Capacitors

These chip capacitors fabricated from high reliability Silicon Nitride / Oxide dielectrics are specially designed for use in hybrid microcircuits and RF/microwave components. The high insulation resistance, low dissipation factor and low temperature coefficient provide excellent long-term stability.
