Available from Globec (UK), thin film chip resistors manufactured in the USA by SatCon Electronics Inc.

These chip resistors are manufactured using state-of-the-art thin film sputtering techniques to deliver high specification and increased reliability. Chip metalisations include : NiChrome (NiCr), TiTungsten (TiW), Tantalum Nitride (TaN) and bond pad terminations are typically Gold (Au) but solder bumps are also offered. Various sizes are available from .020” x .020” to meet specific substrate requirements. Chips can be mounted using chip-n-wire, back contact or flip-chip techniques.
