Globec (UK) supplies a range of ceramic-based plate and disc capacitors manufactured by Tusonix Inc., in the USA. Both ranges are available in temperature compensating dielectrics (NP0 to N5600) as well as stable Hi-K dielectrics (X5 and X7) to meet the most demanding applications.

The Weecon® range of plate capacitors are designed for circuits requiring higher capacitance values in smaller packages for volumetric efficiency. Custom lead spaces can be accommodated and parts can be taped & reeled.

The disc series is designed with a wide range of characteristics to suit a variety of applications requiring reliability, small size and low cost. Custom lead spaces and kink lead formations can be supplied and parts can be taped & reeled. Some parts are available to US military standards.
