High Performance Brushless DC Motor Controller

The SatCon Electronics 1904 Motor Controller is a three phase brushless DC Motor Controller which integrates a majority of the required functions in a single package.

The 1904 controller performs fixed frequency PWM motor control in either voltage or current mode providing a wide range of speed or torque regulation. Dynamic braking using peak current limiting allows protection of power switches and motor winding. This controller also incorporates smart noise-rejection, safe direction reversal and cross-conduction prevention.

SatCon's Motor Controller is designed for high frequency applications (switching frequency up to 100kHz) and is packaged in hermetic or compound filled plastic packages with bolt down power stages for excellent heat sinking. These controllers are compliant with MIL-PRF-38534
